Genifly is an AI-powered platform offering voice assistant capabilities, 27 AI tools (text, image, PDF processing), and smart home integrations. Free accounts receive limited usage; paid plans unlock unlimited access.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One account per person — no shared or automated accounts

You agree NOT to use Genifly to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the free tier
• Reverse engineer or scrape our services
• Infringe on the intellectual property of others

Pro plan ($1 one-time) and Premium plan ($5/month) are processed via LemonSqueezy. All sales are final. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the service did not work as described — contact us at the email below.

Genifly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate — do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We are not responsible for content generated by AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genifly and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
